Hello Parents!

We are very excited about getting to know your children and to partner with you through this important journey in your children’s life. You may be still seeing tears at arrival, but please know that your children are adjusting to their new routine nicely. We are now beginning to see their true personalities which means they are comfortable and are beginning to trust the adults in the environment.

Thank you all for attending the Parent Orientation. I hope the information given was helpful. Please feel free to email me with any questions or concerns. 

A huge part of the Montessori philosophy is fostering independence. So, with the cold weather coming, the children are practicing the up and over method to put on their jackets. This is really helpful when we are getting the children ready for outdoor playtime Here is a short video I would like you to view: Up and Over 2017

We are moving into our Fall and Halloween-themed work. You will be seeing and hearing a lot about pumpkins, leaves, and apples. The five little pumpkins song will quickly become one of the children’s favorite songs.

The fourth one said “let’s run and run and run”

The fifth one said, “Its Halloween fun!”

Ooo ooo went the wind, and out went the light

And the five little pumpkins rolled out of sight
