Have a Greene Towne Summer
Our approach to summer continues the Montessori approach to education and combines physical and emotional development with exciting endeavors in art, music, science, culture, and of course, fun!
Like the best summers should be, there’s plenty of fresh air and cool water in a welcoming environment at a relaxed pace. On water play days the children enjoy sprinkler pads, a water table and our very own water slide! Inside, your child will enjoy our beautiful classrooms stocked with plenty of delightful and engaging activities inspiring curiosity, wonder and and hands-on exploration.
Twice every week we bring in special visitors from the community to teach, play and maybe even get a little silly.
Visitors have included The Franklin Institute, The Academy of Natural Sciences, The Philadelphia Free Library, Mad Science, and the crowd pleasing, super exciting Mr. David.
