Even though March was a short month with parent-teacher conferences, in-service days, and Spring Break, so much happened! One significant change for the children was the environment. During Rest time, I moved the Practical Life shelves around to create a subtle but new design. It slowed down foot traffic and allowed for more quiet working spaces. Collectively, we still get turned around when looking for a towel, but that’s ok!
It was really nice having some of you join us in person for conferences. You will recognize some of the materials that we discussed during our time together in the photo gallery below. We did finish our Auction Project, and yes, the baking work has been of great interest to all… especially when we get to eat the muffins! If you were not able to make it in person for conferences, do not fret! There will be some days coming up soon where you can come into the room and explore the materials with your child.
