Kindergarten Lunch Around the World: Mexico Rewind!

Recently the Kindergarten students traveled to Mexico for another delicious Lunch Around the World! The menu included tortilla chips and guacamole, cheese quesadillas, chicken tacos, rice, corn/elotes, and churros for dessert. The children had a brief lesson in Spanish about the food they had been served.  There were also two wonderful placement colorsheets; one with the official flower of Mexico, the dahlia, and the other with the flag of Mexico.
