US Construction shared the following information with Greene Towne, Westminster Arch, and other neighbors of adjoining lot at 23rd and Cherry Streets:
- US Construction has nearly completed constructing the stormwater basin.
- The site contractor is coordinating with PWD to schedule the system’s sewer connection in Croskey Street. When the contractor mobilizes to complete this connection, they will also be finishing the backfill of the stormwater basin.
- US Construction plans to provide an update this week with more details and timeframes for any work on Croskey Street.
- Following the completion of this sewer connection, excavation will begin for the townhome foundations. US Construction has let us know they will be starting on the south side of the site and working their way north across their lot.
- Excavation for the foundations will be about 4’ deep; they anticipate the process will move quickly. US Construction expects all foundations to be finished in roughly 6 weeks, depending on weather.
