Spring Pre-Conference Notes

Pre-Conference Notes give parents a chance to jot down some questions in preparation for their Parent/Teacher Conference.  Click the button below to access the form, or hard copies are available at either front desk.

Don’t forget to sign up for an observation as you may have some questions to add to your notes and of course, don’t forget to sign up for your conference when the sign ups become available next week!

Please return the form by the MONDAY before your conference so that teachers can prepare for a successful conversation.  You can fill it out online and email a downloaded version to your teacher, or print it out and return it to the front desk during arrival/dismissal. Thank you!
