FALL 2018 AFTER-SCHOOL ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS for PRIMARY STUDENTS

After-School Enrichment classes are held in three 8-week sessions during the year. Classes are $125 per session.  See page 2 for a description of each class. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Classes fill up quickly, so please return this form ASAP. We do our best to accommodate each child’s preference, but classes can become oversubscribed; in this case, we start a waiting list. If demand warrants it and the instructor is available, additional classes may be offered.

We will notify you which classes your child will be in and if your child is on the waiting list. Children already at school are accompanied to class by GTMS staff. Children coming from home may return 5 minutes before the class begins.

REGISTRATION MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY PAYMENT!  Please detach and return registration form to school ASAP. Classes are filled on a first come, first served basis.
