Update: West Building

US Construction let us know that they are beginning the first phase of construction this week on the neighboring property at 113 N. 23rd Street. They expect to begin excavation for on-site stormwater basin and sewer system by early next week. They let us know there will frequently be trucks entering and leaving the site, using Cherry Street primarily, and advised to use caution while driving or walking in the area. US Construction has said they will give us advance notice whenever possible about impact on area traffic with plumbing connections or utility work.
