Dear Greene Towne Parents,
I’m in disbelief that the end of the year has already arrived. This year has been filled with big challenges and exciting changes. I am so grateful that I have had the company of such wonderful young people as we navigated those together. It fills me with joy to reflect on the growth of each of our students in this past year. Every member of our class deserves to be proud of the work they have done and the new abilities they have achieved.
The end of a school year always brings with it so many emotions. I can’t deny the heartache that comes with saying goodbye to students who are moving on to other schools. But that is soothed by acknowledging all of the potential that they will bring to their new classrooms, in any grade level. For our returning children, I am so eager to see what they will bring to our environment as Kindergarteners and Second-Year students.. Our classroom environment is always in development, and the students who come next fall will continue their work of shaping it to best suit their own growth.
I hope that as you look ahead to exciting summer plans, you are as warmed as I am by looking back at these joyful moments from this past year. Please always feel welcome to reach out to me and know that I will be happy to hear from each of you.
Your Friend,
Mr. Patrick
