Recently the Kindergarten and Lower Elementary students were treated to a delicious Lunch Around the World celebrating the cultures of Great Britain and Zimbabwe!

The lunch space was adorned with beautiful tablecloths, flags and a bit of memorabilia. The students were invited to decorate their tea cups and saucers before tea service began.

Zimbabwe menu:

Sadza: Corn grits, corn masa flour & water

Red kidney bean stew: Red kidney beans, tomatoes, onions, water, cumin, coriander, paprika

Steamed kale

Rooibos tea

British menu:

Cream cheese and cucumber sandwich

Cream cheese and smoked salmon sandwich

Vanilla scones with jam

Peppermint tea
