Looking to spice up your family mealtimes? Check out this offering from nutritionist and GTMS parent Liv Lee (“Yes, Family Meals can be Fun!”). Lower Elementary students can attest that after Mr. Och attended Liv’s Parent Education Session last month, the ideas he tried out with them were so successful that their palate is expanding by the day! 

Here they are displaying their new favorite spices, after sharing the fun ways in which they are experimenting with flavors! Bid on this wonderful opportunity to reduce the number of times a week you hear, “I don’t want to eat that!”

Special thanks to Lauren and Joe Beckham for donating tasty snacks for our children to grab on their way out after Mr. David C. Perry’s performance – they worked up quite an appetite with all that laughing and singing!
