This week in Greene Towne history!

This week 55 years ago, Greene Towne was featured in the Center City based In Town Record newspaper. Author Faith Whittlesey reported on the opening of a new Montessori school, to be known as Greene Towne School, and that it will soon be opening in St. Clement’s Church. She was also very kind to wish us well!

This article was a nostalgic find, and speaks to Greene Towne’s commitment to Montessori, the neighborhood, and the community. We are so proud to be here in Center City, and proud to be part of so many lives over the past 55 years. Here’s to many more!
