Camp around the world has come to a close! 

A Global Concert with Mr. David

Mr. David returned with an all around global themed concert. He spent some time with the toddlers at the beginning of his visit and then closed out his concert with the primary children. They sang songs, danced and helped with an art piece. 

They had a musical discussion about the many ways the word hello is spoken in many languages around the globe.

The Clay Studio

The Clay Studio returned and the primary campers created their own flags. Their creations were inspired by flags around the world. They use stars, gemstones and beads to add a little sparkle and some etched designs in them with dowels.

Soccer Shots

This week in Soccer Shots, the toddlers practiced a move called the “step over” , stepping one foot over the ball before scoring with the other. The primary children used power kicks while shooting. Shooting has three steps to it: plant, point, then kick.

The coaches declared the children “soccer superheroes” so they each received a cape at the end of their soccer drills.

The 6th Annual Tie Dye Pizza Party

As a standing tradition here at Greene Towne, we end our time together at summer camp with the grand finale known as the “Tie Dye Pizza Party”.

Each camper created their very own tie dye shirt carefully selecting colors of their preference.

While decked out in their tie dyed shirts the children enjoyed some pizza together.

We have reached the end of another fun-filled summer camp season. Thank you all for joining us.
