Teacher Summer Breaks

The Toddler ADM staff will begin taking their Summer Breaks, which will be 4 weeks long. Below, you will see a list of our breaks. This way, you can talk about it with your child and know what is happening at school.

• June 26-July 21: Ms. Bridget and Ms. Rose
• July 3-July 21: Ms. Olivia
• July 24-August 18: Ms. Dom, Teacher Naoki, and Ms. Naeemah

Children’s Day in Japan is a holiday at the end of Golden Week that celebrates children’s health and happiness. Teacher Naoki had the children each decorate a koinobori, a windsock in shape of a carp fish by using markers. Once hung, they look as if they were swimming.

For Mother’s Day, we interviewed each child and asked what they loved about their mommy!

Important Upcoming Dates

• Saturday, June 3: Spring Family Social at Smith Memorial Playground from 10am-1pm
• Tuesday, June 6: Toddler House Ice Cream Social at the East Building (2121 Arch St) from 4:45pm-5:30pm
  • You will have to sign your child out first at 55 N 22nd St before attending the Ice Cream Social
  • Will take place on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator
  • Ms. Michelle’s staff and families will be joining us too
