Important Observation Information

Observations are virtual and streamed through Zoom.
Parents ONLY are invited to sign up for observation slots. All parents in a given classroom will be able to watch the live stream.
There are two slots for every classroom, and all slots are 30 minutes during morning work time. Parents are welcome to sign up for one or both slots.
A staff member will live stream a feed from inside the classroom. All observations will be live streamed but not recorded for privacy reasons.
Staff will not be able to respond to chat during the observation. In smaller devices, the camera will freeze for chat.
The stream will be muted – the classroom is full of busy work and the mic can pick up distracting noise.
Zoom links may not be shared with other family or friends. Thank you for your cooperation in this safety precaution.
