Ready, Set, Auction!

With our Save the Date and invitations out for the 34th Annual Auction, we hope that you will be able to attend the school’s biggest social event and a primary fundraiser! Below are some ways to show your support for the Auction, whether or not you are able to join us that evening.

Purchase a Ticket or Sponsorship:

As GTMS’s largest parent social event of the year, your attendance is what helps make the evening spectacular! You can purchase tickets on the GTMS Auction website. Sponsorships are also available which all include a sponsorship listing in the program and at least 2 tickets. Certain sponsor levels also include an advertisement in the program.     

Donate a Ticket to a Teacher:

Greene Towne is proud to sponsor the attendance of every faculty and staff member to the Auction. Parents have the opportunity to underwrite the cost of a faculty/staff ticket through the ticketing website. This is a great way to not only show your support for the Auction but also for your child(ren)’s teachers. 

When purchasing a ticket, you can also make a cash donation that will go directly toward the Auction’s fundraising efforts. 

Participate in the Silent Auction:

You do not have to be at the event to participate in the Silent Auction! You can register online at GiveSmart, our mobile bidding platform to receive access to the Silent Auction. If you win any items, they will be available for pickup starting Monday, March 16th at GTMS.  

For those attending the auction, Silent Auction items will be on display during the event and available for pickup at the conclusion of the Live Auction. 

Place an Ad in the Program:

Many families place an ad honoring their child(ren) each year or their child(ren)’s teachers. The program is a great keepsake that will last for years to come. Businesses can also place ads in our program and new this year we have a digital sponsorship available! Advertisement form and specs can be found here.
 

Volunteer:

The Auction Committee is always looking for more help! To see what they’ve been up to and where they need help, visit the Auction page. Your support is critical from procurement efforts to breakdown.  For day of volunteer efforts, you can sign up here.
