News from the Enrollment Office

Hello from the Enrollment Office,

I hope you are all enjoying the Holiday Season! Greene Towne is abuzz with holiday celebrations: making crafts, tasting treats, reading holiday stories and singing songs!

In the Enrollment Office, we’re preparing for the school year starting in September 2020!

A few items for Greene Towne families to note:

1. Re-enrollment contracts for the 2020-2021 school year will be in the mail as soon as we return from the winter holiday and will be due back to us no later than Monday, February 3. 

You will receive enrollment contract(s) reflecting your child(ren)’s current program schedule, either School Day Montessori, with attendance options until 2:45 or All-Day Montessori for families who require care after 2:45 at least 3-days-a-week. If you wish to change your child’s program from School Day Montessori to All-Day Montessori, or the reverse, please contact Erika, egoldberg@gtms.org, to discuss and if it is possible, we’ll adjust your child’s 2020-2021 enrollment contract to reflect the change.

2. Sibling Applications to both the Toddler House communities and the Primary School were due December 1. 2019. If your current Greene Towner has a younger sibling and you have lost track of time, please email Erika immediately so we may be sure to include your younger child in our 2020-2021 admissions process. 

3. Requests for Financial Aid from returning families must be submitted by Monday, January 6 in order to ensure consideration. Greene Towne’s Financial Aid program is based on demonstrated need and available funds. Families who have submitted a completed financial aid application by January 6 will be notified of award, if any, in time to make a re-enrollment decision.
