It’s almost time to schedule your conference!

FAQs about Parent Conferences

• Parent conferences will be conducted on Zoom, and the sign up will be on MyGTMS.org. You will be notified when the sign ups are published.
• When the sign ups are published, you will also be asked to complete Pre-Conference notes, which need to be turned in the Monday before your conference. These notes give parents the opportunity to ask specific questions and the teachers need time to review them so they can provide thoughtful answers.
• Conferences last 25 minutes but are scheduled a half hour apart to give the staff a short reprieve between appointments. 
• Primary conferences start at 8am and are scheduled on the half hour until end of day, depending on the teacher’s break schedule. Toddler conferences start at 8am and are scheduled on the half hour until 11:30am.
• There are enough spaces for each child to have a conference, so please sign up as soon as possible if you have a restrictive schedule. Both parents are to attend the same conference, as teachers are not available for duplicate conferences.
