Gentle Reminders for Arrival and Dismissal

We have settled into the school year nicely! Thanks so much for helping us and the children get set on a successful path. Here are a few important reminders – please pass these on to caregivers/family helpers:

Both Buildings: Please try to arrive by 9am. Your child will get the full benefit of the program by arriving on time, and after 9am staffing is focused on the classrooms.

Please complete the health screening at MyGTMS.org every morning for your child(ren).

Dismissal is a busy time! When your child has been dismissed to you or your caregiver, please help us keep a visual track of whom to dismiss by stepping away from the front doors.

At North: If you are arriving after 9am, please use the Wood street entrance and buzz at the door.

At East: When waiting in the car queue for a space, please keep the entrances to our neighboring driveways open. We cannot and will not accept/release a child when a car is blocking the driveways on either side of GTMS East’s loading zone. These same rules apply for services like Uber or Lyft, as well as taxi cabs. Please help us be good neighbors.
