What happens at the Auction & Social?
The night is full of great food, music, dancing, and community spirit, with a silent auction and raffles adding to the fun. At the heart of the evening are 14 large, stunning artworks made collaboratively by Greene Towne students with guidance from their teachers that are auctioned off in a lively live auction. The dress code is simple: whatever is fun, festive, and makes you feel good! Some folks dress all the way up, while others keep it casual.

What do the funds raised support?
Most importantly, the Annual Auction & Social helps raise critical funds for our school. It directly supports what makes Greene Towne such a special place:

  • Tuition assistance for families
  • Professional development and training for teachers
  • Authentic Montessori materials
  • The care and enrichment of our classrooms

The Annual Auction & Social plays a vital role in making that possible. It’s a joyful way to connect with other parents, celebrate the children’s creativity, and make a meaningful impact on the school.

How can you get involved?
There are several meaningful ways to get involved:

  • Volunteer—there are lots of ways to help, and no amount of time is too small. From quick, one-time tasks (like collecting item donations or helping with invitation prep) to more involved roles, we’ll gladly match opportunities to your interests and availability.
  • Sponsor the event—whether through your business or as a family, sponsorships include recognition, complimentary tickets, and valuable visibility within our school and extended community
  • Place an ad in our Auction Program & Yearbook—this can be a professional ad to showcase your business or a personal/family ad to celebrate your child or share a message with the community
  • Donate an item or experience to our silent auction—highlight your business offerings or share something personal while supporting a great cause
  • Attend the event—Tickets go on sale February 23, and we’re thrilled to introduce a special New Family Package to welcome new families into this favorite Greene Towne tradition.
