Willow Class – Spring – Sara & Jen

Hello Parents!

It has been a busy Spring so far! Lots to do and see and learn.

• The Kindergarteners read to Ms. Desiree’s toddlers
• Alums visited us (Nico Sophie and Veera)
• Dominic’s new little brother Louie visited
• Earth Day – a big thank you to Parents that volunteered!
• San’s Parents came to a craft with us and teach us about Children’s Day
• Grandparent’s Day!
• Fletcher, Abigail and Jade celebrated birthdays with walks around the sun
• We cared for eggs in an incubator that hatched into chicks
• Speckle the therapy dog visited
• We baked banana muffins using some of the many banana’s we received from the food share – The Ks counted them – we had 109 bananas
• We played musical chairs in the afternoon
• We set up a listening station – headphones and books on CD
• And we currently have caterpillars that are metamorphosizing in their chrysalises
