By now, many of you have seen the Toddler ADM @Home Schedule that was sent out Friday afternoon and presumably have some questions. Essentially, your child will have two circles a day: a small group circle and a whole classroom circle at 10 am. Here we will break down the schedule, detailing the circles, check-in times, and additions.
Small Group Circles
Small group circles will be utilized for lessons like sound, shape, color, or number identification. We will write an email on Sunday evenings to let you know how to help your child prepare for their small group lessons during the week. This week we will use our small group time to mingle and let the children see and speak to each other, and then our lessons will begin upon returning from Thanksgiving break on Monday, November 30th.
There are three groups: A C D. Your child is assigned to one group for the entirety of @Home, meaning the time for small group circle and zoom link will remain the same. Your child will have a small group circle every day except on Fridays.
To successfully offer four small group circles, as opposed to two like the other toddler rooms, we will be separating working teams. Ms. Dominique, along with Ms. Elizabeth and Ms. Madison, will lead one circle while Ms. Michelle, along with Ms. Jena, will lead another circle. For example, one team will meet with Group C while the other is simultaneously meeting with Group D.

10 am Circle
10 am circle will be for our entire classroom, just like most of you have seen this past week. It is a great time for us all to see each other, to sing, and to interact. Mr. Julian will be joining us on Tuesdays for Movement and we are so excited!!

Parent Check-Ins
This is a scheduled 15-minute meeting for us to meet with you, or your caregiver (your choice).
We will send a signup sheet for you to select a day and time that works best for you. This can be a meeting to discuss your child’s behavior, new issues you are seeing at home, arising sibling issues, toileting, etc. Please let us know if there is anything dire that you wish to talk about, and may require more than 15 minutes. We will make time for you. This time can also be used as a quick check-in time with your child.
Parent/Caregiver Check-Ins will begin Monday, November 30th.
* Your selected time will remain the same. We will ask if you prefer to zoom or a phone call.
Music Class
We are so excited that Ms. Sydney will host music with the toddlers on Fridays at 11 am.
*The music class zoom link will remain the same throughout @Home learning.
Important Schedule Message for Wednesday, November 25th:
On Wednesday, we will only be hosting our 10 am morning circle. All small group circles will resume on Monday, November 30th.
There may be some bumps along the way, but we are here to help! During circle, we will keep our phones next to us to check emails just in case you are having difficulty accessing any of the links.
Our time in November was cut short, so we do not have as many photos as usual, but please enjoy the ones we do have. We have also included a slideshow at the bottom that includes the work that you found in your @Home kits and some of the prep that occurred at school last week.
