Sign Up for Parent/Teacher Conferences

It’s time to schedule your conference!

Parent/Teachers conferences are on Fridays November 12 and 19. Conferences last 25 minutes but are scheduled a half hour apart to give the staff a short reprieve between parents. Primary conferences start at 8am and are scheduled on the half hour until 3pm, depending on the teacher’s break schedule. Toddler conferences start at 8am and are scheduled on the half hour until midday. There are enough spaces for each child to have one conference, so please sign up as soon as possible if you have a restrictive schedule. Teachers are not available for duplicate conferences, so parents should plan to attend the same conference. Conference sign ups will be cut off on Wednesdays the week of the conference.

Parent conferences will be conducted on Zoom OR in person!

If you wish to have your conference in person there are three guidelines:

• You must present proof of vaccination upon entering the building
• You must remain masked the whole time
• Please contact your teacher to let them know you will be coming in person
