Brunch with Chef Kim Rewind and Video!
Recently the GPA Social Committee invited Greene Towne families to a virtual hands-on cooking lesson for the whole family with Greene Towne's Chef Kim! Chef Kim Siegel is an alum parent and ran our pre-Covid Toddler Lunch program.
Chef Kim kindly provided this video, which shows her preparing the recipes from the event: Banana French Toast Casserole with Stewed Strawberries and Sparkling Vodka Greyhounds for the grown-ups. Chef Kim's recipes include substitutions to accommodate common food allergies.
