Parent Education Rewind: How to Manage Stress and Anxiety in Your Child

  • anxiety books

Greene Towne child psychologist Dr. Lisa Dissinger was back to talk about how parents can manage stress and anxiety in their child. In her worshop, she instructed parents on how to learn to distinguish between normal and excessive anxiety, how to develop your ability as a parent to build emotional intelligence and effective coping skills in your child, and how to feel more confident in your ability to coach your child through difficult emotions. She shared tips, articles, and books to read, and took some time at the end of the discussion to answer questions!
