November - Jen Wollman & Justin Donner
November was busy and fun filled! Pajama Day was a hit! Layla and Andrew, Kindergarteners from last year (and Logan and Elisa’s siblings), came for a visit. Everyone enjoyed their company!
Also this month, we made playdough, took a trip to the library with the Ks, learned about the first Thanksgiving, and celebrated Grace’s 6th birthday! Some new works were added to the shelves including Legos, bubble making, weaving, sewing, pom pom making, flag tracing (countries around the world), leaf classification, sorting and pressing, and a lap harp (this is a favorite; easy to play and makes lovely music).
The Kindergarteners sorted food for the Thanksgiving food drive and received a visitor from the Share program who explained to them all about where the food goes.
A special thank you to the Rubins who spent the morning making beautiful pinecone turkeys with us!
We continue to be a loving, caring and supportive community of friends. Mr. Donner and I are so fortunate to spend our days with such a lovely class!
Please call or email with any questions or concerns. Enjoy the photos!
