Head of School Search Committee Update
The Search Committee for the Head of School held its fourth meeting on Tuesday 5/30. During the meeting, the Search Committee approved the Head of School advertisement and Position Statement. The advertisement and Position Statement will be posted beginning next week on both GTMS's website as well as numerous academic job sharing sites. July 31st is the deadline for resume submission.
It is the Search Committee's intention to narrow the candidates for telephone interviews during the month of September. From this initial pool, the committee will select and interview a small number of candidates who will then go through a more intensive interview process, which will include an on campus visit and meetings with the full Search Committee, and may include a series of informal meetings and interviews with the faculty, senior staff members, and representatives of the parent community. At the conclusion of these interviews, the Search Committee will make a selection and present that candidate to the Board of Trustees for approval.
