Please Join Us at the Auction Procurement Coffee and Call Center!
Please join us for an Auction Procurement Coffee and Call Center to help us contact potential GTMS Auction donors on Wednesday, January 25th at West from 8:15am-9:30am. Come when you can, and no need to stay the entire time! The Auction Committee has already secured some fabulous donations, but we hope to contact even more of our favorite local businesses and past donors. Personal appeals are the best way to secure donations and are surprisingly simple--a quick email or phone call is often all that is needed. Please bring a laptop or cell phone and choose a few businesses from our list that you would like to contact. If you can’t make the coffee but want to help, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send a few emails at home or drop a donation letter off in person.
And, make sure to look for your invitation to the 31st Annual Auction at PAFA on March 3rd from 6-10pm and book your babysitter now. More auction information to come in the weeks ahead.
