Auction Donations are Underway with YOUR help!
The Auction Committee is soliciting donations for the 31st Annual Auction on March 3, 2017 at PAFA and we need your help! Each year, GTMS parents, staff and teachers get together to raise money for financial aid, continuing education for teachers and classroom activities. A main portion of the funds we raise comes from the silent auction, and local businesses and parents donate these items. Popular items include restaurant, retail and spa gift certificates, tickets to sporting events, children’s classes and camps, art and photography, hotel stays, vacation home rentals and more.
Personal appeals are the best way to secure donations and advertisements for the Auction, and we would love your help. As the holidays approach and you visit your favorite local businesses, please consider volunteering a few minutes of your time and asking for a donation or an advertisement in our Auction Program. You may pick up a GTMS Auction donation letter at the front desks at East and West at any time until the Auction or go to gtms.org/auction. Donating an item to the silent auction or placing an advertisement in program is an excellent way for local businesses to reach our diverse parent and alum community.
