MyGTMS Tips: Where’s My Family Directory?

Over the summer we began integrating MyGTMS.org into our systems. The MyGTMS.org Dashboard provides a one-stop page of up-to-date information such as current calendar events, What’s Happening updates, classroom blogs, downloadable forms and more. This is also where you will find secure access to our Directory, Calendar, and the Parent’s Module.  

Here’s a special tip!

In the past we have sent home a paper version of the Family directory, however you can now access the directory on MyGTMS.org electronically to contact other parents for playdates, birthdays, etc. Here’s step by step instructions:

Log in to MyGTMS.org, and you will land on the dashboard.

Click the 9 box “waffle” at the top and select the directory.

Under My Groups select the box next to the class(es) you want contact info from.

Be sure to “select all” when the list pops up.

Click the little gear button at the top of the page, and another menu will pop up.

Click Print Selected Listings: Contact Information. The page will pop up in a new window.
