Hello Parents!
Super Circle with Ms. Nicole was so much fun!
We have seen amazing language development with the children. Your children have a lot to say and have a great sense of humor. For example, one sweet boy asked me if I knew what “mistaken identity” was after I call him by another child’s name. I shared this story with others teachers who laughed wholeheartedly.
With the cold weather, many days we are not able to play outside. We are able to use the movement room, where we set up an obstacle course, use a parachute and sing songs that allow for lots of movement. We are also incorporating some of these songs into our circle time.
One of the children’s favorite movement songs is:
The Sleeping Bunnies!
See the little bunnies sleeping
Til its nearly noon
See if we can wake them with a merry tune
Oh how still
Are they ill
Are they ill?
No!
Wake up soon
Hop little bunnies
Hop, hop, hop
Hop, hop, hop
Hop, hop, hop
Hop little bunnies
Hop, hop, hop
Hop, hop, hop
Hop, hop stop.
Enjoy the photos!
