I have some bittersweet news to share with the Greene Towne community: Nicole Leapheart, our beloved Director of Technology, Media & Marketing, will be leaving Greene Towne at the end of this month. Nicole has accepted an exciting new opportunity in Communications and Marketing at Friends Fiduciary, an ethical investment company based in Philadelphia.
Nicole’s impact on Greene Towne goes far beyond the impressive scope of her job. In her role, she has been the creative force behind media production, graphic design, marketing efforts, website management, and the integration of our data systems. She has seamlessly coordinated the school’s technology (also known as the “Wizard,” who ensures all our tech issues vanish into thin air). But her influence extends beyond the digital realm—Nicole has been a pillar of connection and support among our faculty and staff. As the host of the famous Lunch Bunch, a stellar Super Circle leader, and always available for a kind word, she has made an indelible mark on our community with her warmth, wit, and unwavering dedication.
Over the past 20 years, Nicole has evolved from an administrative assistant into a key leadership figure at Greene Towne, having served as Communications Coordinator, Director of Communications & Technology, Director of Communications & Marketing, and, most recently, Director of Technology, Media & Marketing.
Nicole is not only a long-time staff member but also a proud alum parent—her daughter, Simone (Kindergarten Class of 2014), is now a Junior at Germantown Friends School—and a frequent volunteer at our community events.
I am deeply grateful to Nicole for her outstanding contributions to Greene Towne. Through her creativity, drive, and boundless energy, she has helped us navigate challenges, and her positive influence will remain with us. While we will miss her dearly, we know this is not goodbye, but rather a “See you later!”
Please join me in wishing Nicole all the best in this exciting new chapter. We look forward to staying connected and continuing to see her at Greene Towne events in the future.
