Deadline to submit content is 3/25/22.

Our graphic designer will design your family ad for you free of charge. Send us your high-res photos (JPEG or PNG) and desired text. We will do the rest.

Each year we produce an 8 1/2 x 11″, full color Auction program and yearbook for Greene Towne. It includes images and details of each classroom artwork and the Kindergarten artwork, along with class photos, candids and tribute ads that help offset the costs of production.  Every GTMS family receives a copy of the program/yearbook free of charge. Attendees will receive it at the Live Auction on May 20th and all others will receive it via Friday folders the week of May 23rd. 

1) Submit a maskless, candid photo of your child(ren) (to be included in the yearbook, free of charge) by emailing it to cschweingruber@gtms.org (please send a high resolution JPEG)

2) Purchase an ad for your business or a family ad to congratulate your child, thank the teachers, and commemorate this school year. Purchase an ad

Gallery Walk on May 14th at Sister Cities Park from 9:30am-Noon

The Gallery Walk is our Auction kick-off event! Bring the whole family and come see the fabulous, collaborative student artwork, created for the Auction by each toddler and primary class and the Kindergarten class of 2022. Enjoy arts and crafts for the kids and a performance from 11:15-12:00 by children’s entertainer Mr. David Perry with madcap music and movement, playful puppets and props, supersized sketches, and lots of laughs.   Register for the Gallery Walk

Directions: Please enter the park at the Amor Sculpture at 18th and The Parkway. Our private, tented event will be in the fountain area. Please check-in at the registration table.

Purchase a Sponsorship and your Live Auction tickets! 

The Live Auction is Friday, May 20th from 6-10pm at Victory Brewing Company – Philadelphia at 1776 Benjamin Franklin Parkway. This adults-only party is our biggest event of the year and we are so excited to gather in person for the first time since 2019. Come enjoy a fun night out. We have rented the fantastic 2nd floor and rooftop patio. Enjoy delicious drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres and spirited bidding on an array of exciting packages and experiences, capped off with the highlight of the night – bidding on the fabulous student artwork!  The Live Auction is hosted by our auctioneer and long-time partner, Tom McCabe of Freeman’s Auction. Purchase Sponsorships and Tickets
