Happy happy birthday to Wyatt!
We transformed our classroom to kick off our second annual Lunar New Year celebration.
Quynh brought in books for circle time and red envelopes to share with her classmates.
Thank you to the Emeritz family for making this such a special event for our classroom.

This month we made some vegetable soup.
The children washed and cut the vegetables.
Here is the simple and easy recipe that we use.
If you opt to try this at home, have your child wash the veggies and use a crinkle cutter for chopping.
