Construction Update – Email, 5/3/19

I’m writing to give you an update on the construction project in the lot adjoining the West Campus, with information passed on to me from the contractor US Construction.

This week US Construction began building the townhomes closest to our West Courtyard space. While the boom crane that they are using and the materials that it carries will not cross the fence line that divides our properties, for the next few days, they are working right at the fence line. Out of an abundance of caution, children will not be using the courtyard today or Monday. We will reevaluate on Monday.

I am grateful to have regular information from the contractor regarding each stage of their construction project. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
