What are observations?
An observation is an opportunity to watch your child in action in the classroom. 

How long does it last?
Depending on the classroom, 15-20 minutes at the most

When can I observe?

Slots are available from Monday, February 11 through Thursday, March 14, depending on your child’s Movement and Playdeck schedule.

Days NOT Available: Wednesdays for East Primary classes, Friday for West Primary classes, Conference days

What times can I sign up for?
Toddler parents (West): 9:15-9:30am OR 9:40-9:55am -Outside the classroom only

Toddler parents (East): 9:10-9:25am OR 9:35-9:50am -Outside the classroom only

Primary parents:  9:30-9:50 OR 10:00-10:20 OR 10:30-10:50 

First year Primary students – outside the classroom only; Second, third, and K students – outside 10 minutes, inside 10 minutes.

Can my partner and I observe together?
Of course! We encourage you to observe together as slots for observations are limited.

Can other family members observe with us?

No, as we have limited time, space, and availability. We ask that other family members or friends visit in May for Grandparent and Special Friends Day. Thank you for your cooperation with this.

Whom do I make an observation or conference appointment with?
Online or with the administrative assistant in your building.
