Dear Friends,
As you have hopefully heard, Greene Towne’s beloved 35th Annual Auction is coming up on Friday, May 21st at 8pm. Please save the date and join us for the virtual live auction, featuring one of a kind student artwork and a selection of exciting packages to bid on, hosted by Tom McCabe of Freeman’s Auctions.
The Auction is Greene Towne’s event of the year. We are staying safe and going virtual as we celebrate our strong community and raise funds for our school. We want you to be a part of it.
How can you get involved?
- Purchase a family or business ad in the program (due by 4/1/21)
- Make a donation or purchase a sponsorship
- Volunteer and help with the planning
Please click here to view last year’s program for ideas about family ads. We can design your ad for you, simply provide the desired text and high-resolution photo(s) to us at auction@gtms.org.
Visit our Auction site at gtms2021.givesmart.com to purchase ads and sponsorships and to make donations. The deadline for ads is Thursday, April 1st.
Please email us at auction@gtms.org to volunteer, to discuss ads or with any questions.
New this year! GTMS families will be invited to join us on Saturday, May 15th (rain date May 16th) for a timed and socially distanced “Gallery Walk” short preview of the student artwork on display at the GTMS West Courtyard. Stay tuned for your digital invitation in March.
Calling all Musicians!
We know there are so many talented and creative people in the Greene Towne community—Do you sing or play a musical instrument? We’re looking for folks who would like to share their talents by playing music to accompany our Gallery Walk in the West Courtyard on May 15.
We’d love for there to be music to complete the ambiance and community building of this unique event.
Want to sign up to play for 30 minutes or an hour at some point during the day?
Contact Bonnie to volunteer or learn more.
Thanks for your support!
